  • This is a perfect couples getaway, with up to two couples in the Main treehouse (one queen bed and one queen sofa bed) and one couple in the Pod treehouse (one queen bed). Parties of two get the Main treehouse. Parties greater than two adults get the Main and Pod treehouses.
  • The main treehouse has an entrance ramp, walk-in shower, and is only one floor, making it easily accessible by wheelchair (does not apply to guest pod).
  • Cozy up around the gas fireplace inside the main house on cool evenings.
  • Roast marshmallows or enjoy a drink outside at the gas fire pit in the middle of the shared deck dining table.
  • Cook up a feast fit for kings with the deck’s gas grill!
  • A 17-ft cedar tree cut about 60-ft away supports the seven-sided tongue and groove pine ceiling and roof.
  • The main house bedroom ceiling has 49 LED stars to mimic sleeping outdoors (while you enjoy indoor comfort)! They are guaranteed to shine every night.
  • You have the option to rent the main house or the main house + the pod. We do not rent the pod separately.
  • Check out the 'Tall Swing' near the parking area! This swing for two people has a long smooth glide due to it's 40-foot height.

The cozy guest pod has a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette, and a private deck with an outdoor shower. Cozy up around the rustic stacked stone fireplace in the main house or the gas firepit on the shared deck for some s’mores or an evening cocktail.     • Check-in is 3:00 pm.

    • Check-out is 11:00 am.

    • No smoking.  No animals - we have family members with animal allergies.

    • This is a great opportunity to unplug! Due to our lovely private location, we currently only have satellite internet with limited speed and data. We are unable to provide streaming services but have provided local TV and a DVD collection for you to enjoy.

    • Please respect our residential neighbors by avoiding late night activity, loud music, etc.

    • No outdoor fires or fireworks, the surrounding woods burn easily. The gas fire pit will keep you plenty warm!

    No swimming in pond.

    No parties (we are in a residential neighborhood).
    No additional guests are allowed without prior approval by host.
    We have video surveillance on driveway and parking areas.
    All garbage must be placed in provided garbage cans.
    Treehouses must be locked upon check out.
